You can browse this entire website without creating an account or providing any personal information. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it:

• Contact / project inquiry form - full name, email address, and your message are required; phone number, WhatsApp number, company name, region, and the service you are interested in are optional. Submissions are delivered to our customer relationship management (CRM) system so the right team member can reply, normally within 24 hours.
• Newsletter form - your email address, used solely to send our newsletter about technology, AI, and digital transformation.
• Direct contact - if you email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share, handled by those providers under their own terms.

Our contact form includes a hidden anti-spam field. It exists only to filter automated spam - it collects nothing from genuine visitors.

On our production website we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used - pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. Analytics runs only on bytevancer.com; our staging and development environments send nothing to Google.

Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) for security and reliability. These are not combined with the information you submit through forms.

We do not run advertising, advertising trackers, or social media pixels, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

The site stores a small number of preferences in your browser's local storage: your light/dark theme choice and your preferred language. These stay on your device and are never transmitted to us. Our service worker also caches pages on your device so parts of the site work offline. Clearing your browser data removes all of these.

Our contact and newsletter forms are annotated for agentic browsers (WebMCP), which means an AI assistant acting on your instructions may fill or submit them for you. Information submitted this way is treated exactly like information you type yourself, and it is your assistant's responsibility to submit only what you authorized.

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and manage a client relationship if one develops.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to - every issue includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To understand how the website is used and improve its content and performance (analytics).
• To keep the website and our systems secure, including filtering spam and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on: your consent (newsletter, submitting a form); our legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries, site analytics, security); and performance of a contract (when we work together on a project). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

• Our own CRM system (operated by ByteVancer on our infrastructure), which stores form submissions.
• Google LLC, as the provider of Google Analytics - see Google's privacy policy for how it processes analytics data.
• Professional advisers or authorities, only where the law requires it.

That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We are based in Pakistan, so information you submit is processed there. Analytics data is processed by Google on its global infrastructure. Where transfer rules such as the GDPR apply, we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.

• Inquiry and CRM records: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention settings (a limited number of months), after which it is aggregated.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@bytevancer.com - we respond to every request and do not discriminate against you for making one. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The only cookies we use are those set by Google Analytics (names beginning with "_ga"). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's private mode, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on - the website works fully without analytics cookies.

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions travel encrypted to our systems, and access to CRM data is restricted to team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply the same security practices we sell: least-privilege access, patched infrastructure, and monitoring.

Our website and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

When we change this policy we update it here and adjust the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle already-collected information will be highlighted on this page.
